Breathing new life into connective real estate in the small communities of Texas.
Why Cypress Valley
Early Texas Pioneers planted their flags along the edges of Cypress Groves that scattered the valleys of the Texas Hill Country. They were drawn to these Cypress Trees because among them they found hard work in milling them for stalwart lumber, comfort under the shade of their centuries old branches, and life in the rivers out of which the Cypress drank.
At Cypress Valley Ventures, our aim is to help create in our beloved towns what our ancestors found in the Cypress Valleys of the Texas Hill Country. In our real estate, we hope to have you gather together, share stories with each other, and be inspired by each other, just like the cowboys of old would do around the Cypress burning campfires that beckoned friends from up and down the Hill Country's Valleys.
So come on down in the valley. Our lights may be dimmer, traffic softer, and our buildings smaller, but down here, the stars burn brighter, laughter echoes louder, and the Cypress stand taller. Life in Cypress Valley is how it oughta be.
Who We Are
Founded and led by a Central Texas kid who fished in the creeks, hunted on the plateaus, and rode horseback along the trails of the Texas Hill Country, we are committed to breathing new life, while also maintaining the integrity, of the types of communities that made his cowboy hat a bit dirtier than they found it.
Founder, John Amini, is also the Managing Director of 35 South Capital, a Texas Based Real Estate Investment Company providing unique access to invest in Commercial Real Estate in the four major markets of Texas. John holds a Bachelor in Business Administration majoring in Management from Texas A&M. He lives in Houston with his high school sweetheart, Sarah Beth, his two sons. Aside from being a committed partner of Grace Bible Church, he sits on a number of Boards, and still fishes the creeks, hunts the plateaus and rides horseback along the trails of his beloved Hill Country.
